“Two bed apartment with private balcony well worth the upgrade. These apartments are away from main hotel so nice and quiet. There are three apartments together; the kitchen area in our apartment only had 2 electric sockets whch were in an inconvenient place. The nearest gate out of the grounds to the beach has been blocked by a large recycling compound which may not belong to the hotel but a new gate is needed to avoid hopping over the wall!”

“We we’re not aware that you have to specify that you don’t want stairs, the keys did not work when we got to our location, which was at the far end of the property after climbing up two flights of stairs with luggage to get to our door. The key cards did not work, then had to go all the way back to the front desk to have them reprogrammed. There are no valleys to help you with your luggage. It was late at night finding the suite was difficult they don’t take you to it. As well, the TV did not……
