“Two bed apartment with private balcony well worth the upgrade. These apartments are away from main hotel so nice and quiet. There are three apartments together; the kitchen area in our apartment only had 2 electric sockets whch were in an inconvenient place. The nearest gate out of the grounds to the beach has been blocked by a large recycling compound which may not belong to the hotel but a new gate is needed to avoid hopping over the wall!”

“Was given a room on the ground floor which had a broken patio door onto the gardens. Informed staff about this at 6pm but it had not been looked at by the time I arrived back at the hotel at 9.30pm. Reception staff then looked at the door and were unable to fix it. I requested to be moved for security reasons as I was anxious about having an unlocked door on the ground floor and staff responded with ‘menorca doesn’t have a high crime rate it’ll be fine’.
