「The room and facilities are amazing as the preview shoes. However, I have requested a large bed during book but eventually 2 single beds were arranged. And we complaint to the manager but she kept passing the buck instead of giving her best effort to help and arrange. This seriously ruined our overall experience in the hotel. I keep it fair while reviewing the hardware of the hotel but the overall experience and attitude did disappoint me a lot in such a lovely place in Ibiza」

「My second stay at this hotel and things have changed somewhat. No kettle in the room (you had to go and ask at reception for one, for a deposit) Missing bedside table. However, the room was a good size with ample storage and large bathroom. Towels were changed daily and bed made. Breakfast had a good choice and variety, although the orange and apple juices tasted synthetic and is not nice at all. The restaurant in the hotel is very expensive so we used a sandwich shop up the road.
