Worse than average stay and out of the way

Checking in, I was stopped at the gate and held up for 5-10 minutes and asked for my name by the guard 4 or 5 times. I don't know how many times I had to repeat myself when the reception desk is within sight and I can just verify if I'm indeed a guest there... archaic. The actual staffs are wonderful and very courteous. Absolutely nothing to criticize on that regards; likely the best aspect of my stay. Room is small, like studio size or less; it's fine for one but would be too tight for two. The A/C on the wall is old so it doesn't automatically stop at right temperature, plus has an odd smell. It's a farm(?) so the water is very hard and has a smell plus a bunch of minerals. Food in the restaurant is decently good. However, I had to check out very early, and when asked the receptionist, they don't have anything to provide me for to-go and/or cold options. So much for the (worthless) "free breakfast". Altogether, this place isn't worth the rate. The only thing exceptional is the staff.

Hidden Gem In Tarlac

It was a wonderful stay. The staff were very accommodating and made sure that you had everything you need. :) We loved the farm tour, the farm animals and even the cute cats. :) Please take care of the farm and the animals. It means so much esp to people who are compassionate to animals.
