Super nice place in Capbreton

The apartment was great: Very well equipped, clean, close to the beach, with a nice view and many restaurants around. Also it has a parking space right in front of the house, which is very convenient. Veronique is a perfect host, very helpful and obliging. I can fully recommend the apartment as well as the host and hopefully will be able to come back soon.

Appartement ideal pour un séjour surf & plage sans voiture

Appartement lumineux face à la mer, très bien equipé avec place de parking privée et une douche extérieure pour se rincer après la plage et une table extérieure pour manger avec le son des vagues. Boulangerie, petit commerces et nombreux restaurants à moins de 5 min à pied. Très bonne école de surt juste à côté. Les loueurs sont très attentifs et réactifs.

Der Aufenthalt war super schön. Einzig die Buchungsdetails waren auf der Buchungsplattform nicht und zum Teil nicht vollständig abrufbar. So konnte ich zum Beispiel vor Ort nicht erruieren, ob die Wohnungsreinigung bereits inbegriffen ist oder noch zusätzlich beglichen werden muss. Sehr schade und mühsam, dass die Buchungsdetails kaum auffindbar sind auf der Webseite.

Lovely holiday in Capbreton. Property has an excellent location, a few yards from sandy beach, with beautiful sea views and close to restaurants. Property has excellent facilities and own car parking space - an essential for central/beach area of Capbreton.

Perfect Location

Nous (famille avec deux enfants) avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour dans l'appartement de Véronique. C'est un appartement merveilleusement meublé et parfaitement situé. Promenades sur la plage, leçons de surf, exploration - tout peut être combiné à la perfection. Nous serons très heureux de revenir.

Mooie plek aan zee

Klein, maar zeer mooi ingericht appartement vlak aan het stand. Communicatie en ontvangst door de gastvrouw was perfect, alles is aanwezig om een heerlijk verblijf te hebben in Capbreton. De tuin heeft veel potentieel, maar is nu vooral zand en keien. En probeer de buurman van het andere appartement op de begane grond te ontlopen, die is niet bepaald relaxed.

Très bel appartement.

Tout est conforme à l' annonce. L' appartement était très propre et bien aménagé. Les eqipements sont de très bonne qualité. L' accueil et les conseils pour le séjour à l' arrivée sont un plus. Une suggestion: une voile d' ombrage pour profiter un peu plus de la terrasse et de la table pour pendre le diner en exterieur.

Le top....

Vacances en famille dans cet appart hyper bien équipé spacieux propre et très fonctionnel. Le plus l’espace extérieur et l’emplacement juste idéal. Vue mer et proche de tous. Place de parking (en saison c’est non négligeable) et lits faits à l’arrivée avec serviettes de toilettes fournies. Séjour excellent dans ce magnifique Appart tout y est même la plancha et la douche extérieure en rentrant de la mer. Équipement prévu pour matériel de surf. Bref allez y. Ayant déjà fait plusieurs locations sur front de mer de Capbreton c’est de loin le plus agréable que nous ayons eu. Merci pour tout et sûrement à l’année prochaine. 😉

Parfait !

Tout neuf, très bien agencé, des prestations au niveau, super bien placé et pas bruyant le soir, la plage à 10m, on peut checker les vagues au Santocha depuis la fenêtre. Accueil au top de la part de Véronique et un super séjour pour nous.

Appartement assez ancien ...

Appartement assez ancien mais qui correspondait à notre attente, très fonctionnel. Bonnes literies. L'océan tout près a été très appréciable. Les repas pris dehors avec le bruit des vagues aussi. Le fait d'être en ville n'a pas été un inconvénient mais un avantage (il y a un double vitrage pour isoler du bruit). Les rues étaient très animées le soir: spectacle de rue, marché nocturne... Nous avons aimé aller choisir le poisson frais du jour au port à quelques minutes à pieds. Bref, très agréable séjour et contact agréable avec les propriétaires.
