- an open-plan living area with lounge and dining room,
- a separate, fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge),
- a bedroom on the 1st floor with a queen-size bed (160cm) and private shower room,
- a second bedroom on the 1st floor with a king-size bed (180cm) and a private balcony,
- a third bedroom on the first floor with a queen-size bed (160cm),
- a ground-floor bathroom with shower and bathtub,
- a separate toilet on the top floor,
- vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, iron, clothes hangers,
- air conditioning,
- TV, Wifi.

The 1000 m² exterior includes :

- a leafy garden planted with trees,
- a covered terrace with a large sofa,
- a 4x9m private swimming pool,
- terrace around the pool with deckchairs and large sofa, dining area, hammock and barbecue,
- parking on the property. It is formally forbidden to recharge your electric car in this accommodation, on pain of bail.

The villa is located in a little-used cul-de-sac, just 400 m from the Océanides beach, creating a peaceful setting and easy access to Capbreton town center.
