Bona Vista - Charm and Tranquility in Capdepera
Bona Vista is a beautiful estate located on the outskirts of the charming village of Capdepera, just 3 km from one of the best golf courses in the area and very close to the beaches, restaurants and leisure areas of northeastern Mallorca.
In a quiet environment and surrounded by nature, this estate stands out for its spacious outdoor areas, carefully maintained, ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate at any time of the year.
The great protagonist of the garden is its spectacular 10x5 metre swimming pool, perfect for both swimming and playing with children, followed by a spacious solarium area where you can relax under the Mallorcan sun.
Before entering the house, a cosy porch welcomes us, furnished with a large dining table, ideal for long meals or outdoor dinners. On one side, there is a brick barbecue with a sink and preparation area, which provides comfort and functionality to family or friends' evenings.
The interior of the dwelling is characterised by its spaciousness and luminosity. The living-dining room combines comfort and style: a living area with comfortable sofas, satellite television and free Wi-Fi, and a spacious dining room with a large table to share special moments. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooker, oven, dishwasher and a practical adjacent utility room.
Bona Vista can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people, although the house has 5 charming bedrooms, decorated with taste and attention to detail.
