Schöne kleine und gemütliche Ferienwohnung im Herzen von Cala Rajada. Einkaufsstraße fußläufig, Mercadona und LIDL sind mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung war zu unserer Reisezeit etwas kalt. Im Wohn-/Esszimmer war es dank Klimaanlage schnell warm. In den beiden Schlafzimmern konnten wir mit den mobilen Heizkörpern die Temperatur etwas erhöhen, richtig warm wurde es dadurch aber nicht. Die Ausstattung der Küche war für unsere Bedürfnisse völlig ausreichend. Kleine Spülmaschine und Backofen sind vorhanden und sehr nützlich :). Ceck In / Out unkompliziert. Francisca ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin und war bei Fragen / Problem gut erreichbar.

Eine einfache, gemütliche Ferienwohnung in der alles vorhanden war was man braucht mit direktem Zugang von der Terrasse zum Gemeinschaftspool. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und bei unserer Ankunft erwartete uns ein sehr leckerer, selbstgebackener Kuchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden immer wieder kommen.

Wir haben dieses Jahr zum ersten Mal über homerti gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Kommunikation lief über Emails. Es gab nie Probleme. Fragen, die aufkamen, wurden sofort beantwortet. Informationen über das Mietobjekt wurden detailliert an uns weitergeleitet. Sehr professionell.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war top, super Lage zum Strand und in der Nähe auch gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Spar). Auch ein LIDL ist nicht weit entfernt. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Die Adressangabe (Koordinaten und Adresse) war leider nicht sehr gut, sodass wir ein wenig suchen mussten bis wir das Apartment gefunden haben. Ansonsten alles super, danke.
