The property is incredibly beautiful, the rooms are spacious and well positioned. The staff could be better - more attentive and punctual with check in and room service takes a long time just for ice took over 30 min, the beds are not the comfortable unfortunately and the price of food and drink on the resort is very high.

Cleans rooms. Other than breakfast, food was not good. Not really a 5 star experience, but most of the service was decent. They nickle and dime you for things like water, which is overpriced, given there are no other options around. I wouldn't book this hotel again. Much better options for hotels.

My husband and I had such a wonderful stay here! You would never know there were other guests staying on the property because of how peaceful and quiet it is. The property sits on a mountain with so many beautiful pathways and secluded areas that it feels incredibly private and peaceful. Everything was so well maintained, and the mountain views were absolutely amazing. All of the staff were so kind and welcoming-there wasn't a single worker that wasn't amazing. And the included breakfast was AMAZING. So fresh, with so many options to choose from. Every morning, the staff were so attentive and kind. We would love the opportunity to come back and stay again one day!

Hotel was very nice. It would be 5 star all the way around but we went on a golf outing and they forgot to pick us up. We had to walk back to the hotel. There was a wedding going on, which I somewhat understand, but we are on our honeymoon and paying over $700 a night. If there is a wedding going on during your stay then you may receive different service.

The hotel, the staff, the amenities were all perfect. The hotel itself is so beautiful, the room was perfect and so spacious. The staff were super friendly and helpful, they always ensured my 2 year old was happy which was amazing. Breakfast is incredible, so much choice. The restaurants on site are also fantastic, our favourite was Roka. We dined there twice and couldn’t recommend it enough. (Book at sunset for the best vibe!) We can’t wait to return again next year!

Wonderful hotel! The staff were absolutely amazing, the hotel itself was beautiful, the pool was fantastic, and our room was very clean. The AC wasn’t quite as cold as we would have liked, and the TV didn’t work most of the time. Despite those minor issues, we still give it a 5/5 because everything else exceeded our expectations. We would definitely return!

We had an amazing and blissful 3 days at CVGH. The staff, room, amenities and on site restaurants were all top of the line. The breakfast was great too. We were so sad to leave.

My wife and I have traveled all over the world and this may be the best hotel/resort we have ever stayed at! I mean, everything was great from the grounds to the staff to the location. There are multiple great beaches, golf courses and villages within 20 minutes of the resort. I would highly recommend the Cap Vermell Grand Hotel to anyone staying in Mallorca!

Wunderschöne Anlage für Ruhesuchende, die auf gehobene Gastronomie Wert legen. Alles ist durchdacht angelegt, die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. The hotel was beautiful and incredibly peaceful. The staff were always so pleasant and helpful. The faculties were always so clean and comfortable. All the restaurants on site are amazing, especially the breakfast. Voro was the most amazing dining experience Ive ever had in my life. Our honeymoon was so memorable and the hotel/staff have a big part to play. The spa and staff were very on point. I would love to go back anytime and would highly recommend the hotel to anyone. This is a true luxury hotel.

The experience was wonderful! Service is occasionally European. But always friendly, helpful, and kind. Very accommodating and friendly to our 2yr old. The property is beautiful.
