Personnel particulièrement accueillant et aux petits soins ! Le petit-déjeuner est un vrai plaisir : varié, frais et très gourmand. Seul petit bémol : un léger bruit de ventilation est venu perturber notre séjour.

Personal war höflich und hilfsbereit, Parkplatz Situation war tagsüber perfekt, Abends etwas schwierig. Die Zimmer waren sehr hellhörig und nicht perfekt sauber, aber im großen und ganzen Okay. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber nicht überragend.

The hotel was very clean, modern decor and comfortable beds. Breakfast had a good selection but was busy at points. Pool area was great and provided shade with no problems with getting a sunbed. Issues were the parking, only a few spaces available, parking had to be on street which was often hard to find. The location is a few miles from main centre so would need a car. Also be careful when booking with Expedia as they advertise rooms with a sea view and this is not the case

An sich ist das Hotel Okei. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Frühstück war auch nicht außergewöhnlich, aber ausreichend. Einzig und alleine der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, der es einem erlaubt hat vorm Hotel zu parken, aufgrund der späten Ankunftszeit. Am nächsten Morgen kam das böse Erwachen mit einem teuren Strafzettel. Das Hotel wollte davon natürlich nichts wissen und kamen einem mit nichts entgegen. Hierfür nochmal Danke an den Mann an der Rezeption & das Hotel!

Staff really friendly, Room very clean. Just the drinks could improve. Like Orange juice could be fresh, instead of using concentrate. The room had some noisy panels that vibrates during evening ( 220) maybe it needs some maintenance or something to reduce vibrations. Food was amazing tho, just missing nuts in the morning I would say. Staff been fantastic, Osman, Mohammed, everyone very friendly.

Très bel hôtel, chambre propre. Manque une cafetière dans la chambre. Piscine trop bruyante, le personnel ne calme pas les personnes gênantes. Pas de déjeuner possible, mais il n'est pas possible de manger autour de la.piscine avec des aliments achetés.

Our stay here was fine. The staff was very friendly. I will say the AC was terrible. We had to switch rooms due to the AC being broken on our whole floor. The technician came prior to the switch and said the other guest must not be noticing the heat (which waited until the next day to be fixed because the technician had to clock out).. Once we switched rooms the AC was still very suboptimal. Another thing is the parking situation. There are about 6 parking spots offered to a hotel with 2 buildings and 5 floors. If these parking spots are taken (which they’re always full) you will have to park in the surrounding neighborhood, sometimes blocks away. On the last day several guests were parked in front of the hotel due to not finding any other parking anywhere else and all received a €80 fine. Otherwise, the breakfast buffet was great and recommended. Overall, our stay was alright but I probably would not stay here again.

Overall, this is a great hotel, but there are a few things to keep in mind before booking. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was because it advertised free parking. Unfortunately, what they don't make clear is that there are only five parking spots available. If those are full, you'll have to find street parking in the surrounding neighborhood, which can be inconvenient if you're coming back late. Another issue was the air conditioning. It wasn't working properly during our stay. We reported it to the front desk, and although they said they would look into it, nothing was done to resolve the problem. Aside from those issues, we had a pleasant stay. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet every morning, and the pool was a nice place to relax. Overall, it's a good hotel, but I think they should be more transparent about the parking situation and improve their responsiveness to maintenance concerns.

Loved the view from our room - we had a room with the sea view, on a clear day the sunrise was gorgeous to sit on the balcony and watch the sunrise. Food was very good and always plentiful and the staff were very friendly.

Das Zimmer war zwar klein, aber insgesamt sauber. Beim Bett handelt es sich allerdings lediglich um ein Metallgestell mit zwei separaten Matratzen, die sich während der Nacht leider immer wieder auseinander verschoben haben, was den Schlafkomfort beeinträchtigt hat. Für das gesamte Hotel stehen nur etwa zehn Parkplätze zur Verfügung, was unserer Meinung nach deutlich zu wenig ist. In den meisten Fällen muss man daher auf einen Parkplatz in den umliegenden Nebenstraßen ausweichen. Auch dort war es nicht immer einfach, einen Parkplatz zu finden. Insgesamt wirkt das Hotel etwas älter und weniger modern, als es auf den Bildern vermittelt wird. Beim Auschecken haben wir lediglich unsere Zimmerkarten abgegeben. Leider wurde weder nach unserem Aufenthalt gefragt noch, ob alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit war. Auch eine kurze Verabschiedung oder ein Wunsch für eine gute Heimreise blieb aus. Für den Preis war das Gesamtpaket grundsätzlich in Ordnung. Noch einmal würden wir das Hotel allerdings nicht buchen, da es für uns letztendlich nicht ganz stimmig war.
