Super Haus mit toller Aussicht

Pros: Schönes Haus für 7 Mädels! Das Haus hat einen neuen Pool, der etwas tiefer gelegen ist, um bei windigem Wetter dort zu liegen. Das Haus liegt weit oben gelegen am Berg unter der historischen Burg, wodurch die Gäste eine super Aussicht haben. Der Kern von Capdepera kann gut zu Fuß erkundet werden. Der Check-In/-Out sowie die Betreuung über die Tage war super. Cons: Am besten ein Auto mieten, da der Berg relativ steil ist und der Weg zum Einkaufsladen zu Fuß inkl. Einkauf zu lang/anstrengend ist. Ansonsten sind die Taxen relativ schnell vor Ort - ca. 10€ bis nach Cala Ratjada. Einfach gehaltenen Einrichtung, was für den Preis aber vollkommen ausreichend ist, da sie eine angenehme Atmosphäre gibt. Das Haus ist in natürlich für Selbstver-& entsorger, wobei uns die Betreuung da sehr entgegen gekommen ist. Danke dafür!🙏🏼

Tolles Ferienhaus mit tollem Ausblick

Pros: Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht. Toller Blick vom Balkon auf Capdepera und Richtung Meer. Alle Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage (separate Stromversorgung mit 1-Euro-Münzen). Helle Räume, Küche mit vielen Arbeitsflächen und modernen Geräten. Die Badezimmer sind ebenfalls modern. Großzügiger Poolbereich mit eigenen Bad/WC, so dass man mit nasser Kleidung nicht durch das Haus muss. Die Besitzerin ist sehr herzlich und hat sich sich sehr schnell darum gekümmert, dass ein Problem mit der Poolpumpe innerhalb von zwei Tagen behoben wurde Der Ferienhausverwalter Udo war immer erreichbar und freundlich und hat sich umgehend um unsere Anliegen gekümmert und auch Tipps bzgl. Restaurants und Badebuchten gegeben. Checkin und Checkout waren mit ihm reibungslos. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub in einem schönen Ferienhaus, in dem wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Cons: Die Parkplatzsituation ist trotz Garage und Stellplatz davor mit zwei Autos wegen der sehr engen Straße und starkem Gefälle etwas herausfordernd. Aber in der Nebenstraße Carrer Molins findet man Parkmöglichkeiten in 50 Meter Entfernung zum Haus.

Wunderschöne und ruhig gelegene Unterkunft

Pros: Die Unterkunft ist in einem modernen und sauberen Zustand gewesen und entspricht den Bildern. Vorzuheben, was auf den Bildern glaube ich nicht zu sehen war, ist das es beim Pool noch ein weiteres Badezimmer mit Dusche gibt. Der Pool ist klein aber fein. Die Finca ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Wunderschöner Berg- und Meerblick. Im Großen und Ganzen eine sehr tolle Unterkunft und wir würden immer wieder kommen. Der Check in und der Check out sind reibungslos verlaufen. Kommunikation war super. Cons: Kleinen Minuspunkt gibt es für den Zustand bzw. Umfang vom Inventar. Zum Beispiel gibt kein richtiges Grillzubehör. Besteck ist gerade ausreichend für 8 Personen, muss jedoch nach jeder Mahlzeit gereinigt werden. Hier könnte ein wenig aufgestockt werden. Dies ist aber wie gesagt auch nur ein kleiner Minuspunkt.

Tolle Finca in schöner Lage

Pros: Die Finca ist sehr geräumig, es gibt viel Platz und ist sehr gut gelegen. Der Pool wurde neu installiert und wird jeden zweiten Tag gereinigt. Es gibt viele Liegen, einen Grill und einen Sonnenschirm im Poolbereich. Die Betten sind bequem und jedes Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Ventilator ausgestattet. Die Schlüsselübergabe funktioniert einwandfrei und der Kontakt mit Udo vor Ort ist super - Bei Fragen, Hilfe oder sonstigem ist er jederzeit erreichbar. Cons: Es fehlten leider an einer Basisausstattung der Küche, somit war kein Öl, Gewürze, Mülltüten und größere Messer vorhanden, was etwas umständlich ist.
