Perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse

Wir hatten tolle fünf Tage. Highlights waren der Pool, die Tischtennisplatte und der Grill.Es fehlte an nichts. Preis-/Leistung top. Gerne wieder.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut

Außenanlage ist sehr schön, sauber und läd zum Verweilen ein. Keine Nachbarn, die uns stören könnten und die wir hätten stören können. Das Haus von innen war recht alt, aber sauber. Ein großer Kühlschrank inkl. 3 Gefrierfächern ist vorhanden. Die Küche sehr groß. Die Kaffeemaschine braucht nur ca. 1,5 Stunden, um Kaffee zu produzieren. Den Backofen haben wir gar nicht anbekommen, obwohl dieser neu war. Extremer Nachteil an dem Haus ist, dass es sehr hellhörig ist. Wenn bspw. die Schlafzimmer-Türe und die Badezimmer-Türe das gegenüberliegenden Raumes geschlossen sind, hört man die Zahnbürste, die gerade in ein Wasserglas gestellt wurde. Ferner sind die Betten zu klein für die Größe einiger Reisenden von uns. 1,91 cm und 1,95 cm. Die Betten in Verbindung mit dem Kopfkissen haben bei einigen Leuten zu Rückenschmerzen geführt. Daher eher schlechte Betten, die wenig komfortabel sind. Daher waren es für uns insgesamt 3 von 5 Sternen.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem Haus

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem Haus. Lage war sehr ruhig, im näheren Umkreis hörte man nur die Schafe und in der Nacht die Autos, da die Straße doch relativ nahe war. Außenbereiche und Pool waren ausgezeichnet, gut beschattet und schöne Sitzmöbel. Leider waren einige der Liegen rund um den Pool etwas kaputt und dadurch unbequem. Die Küche war etwas spärlich mit Geschirr ausgestattet, Küchengeräte waren sehr viele da. (Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Backrohr, Gefrierschrank, Waschmaschine...). Die anderen Räume waren super ausgestattet. Vom Haus aus konnte man mit dem Auto im Umkreis von einigen Kilometern verschiedene Strände erreichen. Auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren super.

Super geniale Finca mit riesigem Pool

Alles wie beschrieben. Der Toaster und die Kaffeemaschine müssten mal neu. Wir waren 7 Personen und hatten eine tolle Zimmerauswahl. Die Terrasse und der Pool sind super. Die Autos von der Strasse hört man nachts schon. Aber wir hatten einen super Urlaub. Alles sauber und mit Mietwagen alles schnell in und um Cala Ratjada zu erreichen. Top.
