Beauchamp is a traditional 19th century Perigord stone farmhouse with aircon, 3 bedrooms accommodating up to 6 people with a private 10x4m heated salt-water swimming pool, located in the peaceful Dordogne countryside, 5 minutes from the medieval town of Monpazier and 45 minutes from Sarlat.

MAISON 200 m² on one level rated 4 star by the Perigord Ministry of Tourism has a private south-facing garden with a terrace and gazebo for alfresco dining, BBQ, table tennis, sun-loungers and a 10x4 heated saltwater swimming pool, heated beginning April to end September. On request outside these months, with a supplement for heating.


The "garden room" can accommodate up to 12 people and leads directly to the garden, terrace and pool.

A spacious and well-equipped kitchen.

One bedroom has a king size bed (150x200), reverse cycle aircon, ceiling fan and bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.

Bedroom 2 has two single beds(90x200), reverse-cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans.

Bedroom 3 has two single beds (90x200), reverse-cycle air conditioning and a ceiling fan.

Rooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet.

Can accommodate up to 6 people, including children.

It is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
