Only problem was the smoke alarms had old batteries and woke the kids beeping all night. Thankfully had family close by with a ladder to change the living room batteries.Nice home.

We have been staying at Cape Charles for many years. This was the first in a gated community. It definitely has it's perks and some drawbacks as well. Playing extra for Community Center was well worth it, especially if you have kids. The house had everything that we needed, plenty of room to spread out and relax. The house is a mile away from the beach and the Life Center, so golf cart is recommended. Having the pool just a few yards away was fantastic!
