Hidden Gem

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was amazing. Cape Charles is a quaint little town. Classically beautiful with an abundance of offerings.

Great location and all the needed amenities

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the house was very nice and well stocked with utensils, grill, entertainment, tvs, wifi, linens, etc. It's a beautiful neighborhood and location. There were a couple items in need of repair (outside canopy, umbrella, etc) but mostly in very nice shape. Overall it was pretty clean as well. The patios were great and the community pool which is included was a great extra perk.

The house was nice and comfortable. Only problem is that the vertical blinds in the bedrooms need replacing .Our negative experience was that the "Welcome Book" had not been updated by the current management co. There were only 6 sets of towels, no sheets for the pull out sofa . Incorrect info is on the listing, stating a gym and community pool were available. We finally saw where the pool was (about 15 min drive from our house). And last, there was a golf cart in the garage which turned out to be unavailable for rent but it blocked the pool table.
