Great house

The house was great. Rooms were nice size. Pool was awesome. Kids enjoyed it a lot. The boat ramp was nice to enjoy and relax by the water. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful House

Amazing water views of pool and canal. My husband and boys caught fish right outside. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Great communication skills with the Roelens team and property manager, Iris.

Villa Serendipity

The house is wonderful. Very nice and quiet neighborhood . Kitchen had everything we needed for meals. Family room was comfortable with nice furniture. Bedrooms were nice and comfortable. The pool area was relaxing with lots of pool accessories. The pool table was a plus and enjoyed by the adults. The only problems we had were the key to the house was bent badly and we were afraid it would break in the door. A representative was at the house when we arrived and saw the problem. Two chairs in the kitchen were broken and the representative was aware of this also. And, the window in the room with the twin beds needed a covering on the top. All in all, we loved the home.

Thanksgiving 20/20

We had a great get away for a small quite COVID safe Thanksgiving for a family of 4. There was lots to do in the home for my teen son, which made it helpful having a 1 year old that requires 2 naps a day. Pool temp was great. More bedrooms and beds then we needed. And the kitchen had anything and everything I needed to prepare my family a small Thanksgiving Feast. Great place to get away and have a nice staycation break. We did not have nor rent a boat, but this is the place that is highly boat friendly. We did bring one of our own smart TVs from home along with us so that we could enjoy on the back porch. Very clean, very quite, and family friendly home. Having the high chair was huge.

We spend a week in this house. Unfortunately I won’t be coming back. Kitchen is very purely equipped. Mattresses are terrible. My back was hurting every day from sleeping. Whole family got what we think bed bugs bites. House is old and needs a lot of upgrades.

Fabulous!!!

My family & I just returned from spending 5 nights at Villa Serendipity. The house is gorgeous and the pictures in the listing are 100% accurate. What you see is what you get. We loved spending time out on that beautiful lanai overlooking the canal. So enjoyed meeting Charlie, the property manager...what a great guy! We will definitely stay there again...great family vacation!!!

Spectacular house

Loved this house! Close to stores beaches and restaurants and no traffic jams! The pool overlooking the canal was awesome to stare at and relax! Company very nice to work with. I would rent this house again.

Very beautiful and relaxing!

We really enjoyed this property! Kids enjoyed the pool all day and I enjoyed my coffee in the morning watching the fish jump in the canal. Location was perfect. Close enough to visit beaches and islands with the kids. The house had everything we needed. Pool table was great for my boys as well.
