The pool did not work/heat the entire 14 days we were there. False advertising by Roelens Vacation Rentals.The spa only worked half of the time, and that was after it was determined that the power breaker was tripping. Then the heat pump was failing and finally the heat pump went into OTA System Lockout Call for Service and failed to heat the spa at all. The basketball hoop had no net, and maximum height was only 9’6”. The master bath shower drain was clogged and it took over 3 days for a plumber to be sent to snake it. Roelens initial point of contact (Isabelle) did not ever return calls/texts. Their second point of contact (Jillian) stopped responding after Day 3/turned the problems over to Monica. Monica attempted to send a couple to fix the pool problem. They walked over with their dog (not a repair company), but showed us the breaker had been tripped, so they told us to just flip it on and off to get the spa to work. She then sent a pool repair company, Doug, but he said it was an electrical problem and didn’t do anything else. She then sent an electrician, he said nothing was wrong with breaker, but he replaced it any way. She then sent someone who came when we weren’t there, but the spa stopped working within a hour or so. She then sent an HVAC guy on day 13 of our 14 day stay. He got the spa working for roughly two hours, after turning on two valves that were off, but the spa failed again and didn’t work again. I have pictures and videos to support this
