Spent a wonderful week at this property with my wife, daughter, and son-in-law. I've rented various VRBO properties in the past and can tell you this property ranks near the top. VERY clean, well kept, and included all of the amenities you'd think all VRBOs would include...like silverware, plates, towels, pots, pans...you know, NORMAL stuff that you can actually use while vacationing. Neighborhood was very quiet, near plenty of dining options. Communications from property management was excellent, gave easy-to-follow check-in and check-out instructions, and kept in contact during our stay to make sure everything met our expectations. Would most definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our time in Cape Coral. The residential neighborhood was quiet and we walked every morning in the area. The pool was so nice and warm and perfect for our toddler. The sleeping arrangements were perfect!

Perfect vacation home

This was the perfect home for our family vacation. The amenities inside as well as outside have all the comforts of home. We spent the majority of our time outside. The patio around the pool is large and offered multiple areas for those seeking sun or shade. Our 1 year old granddaughter loved the warm pool. There are wonderful restaurants very close, and beautiful beaches are only a short 30 minute drive away. We would most definitely stay in this home again.

This property was beautiful, as advertised. Comfy home, all the amenities, nice pool. The only bad thing that happened was that one night there were high winds and a portion of the screen surrounding the pool came down. No one's fault, but it was the only blemish on a perfect vacation. Would highly recommend this property!

Property appearance was exactly like the website pictures. Property was very clear and kitchen was well equipped. Beds were very comfortable and clean, master on suite was big and upgraded. Pool area was big and nicely furnished. Only comment was pool solar heated only had water Luke warm even with 80* day temps, couple of lounge chairs were wooden and starting to crack. Overall house was spacious and met expectations. We recommend and enjoyed our stay.

Great house!

This house was awesome. The pictures online were accurate. Easy check in and property management was responsive when we had questions. Unfortunately for us, the weather wasn't great so we didn't get to take advantage of the pool since it is SOLAR heated so the water was really cold. The house is located on a somewhat busy street, so keep that in mind if you have smaller children. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Place for Family Vacation!

We had an absolutely marvelous experience! This property exceeded every one of our needs and wants for our vacation. The location allowed us easy access to great beaches and the fun of SW FL. The property itself allowed our family great privacy and enjoyment with the pool. This is the perfect place for a family with children as the pool has the added benefit of an easy to set up safety fence and an area for young children to play in the pool. We had the best vacation our family has ever had in this property and will plan on staying here again in the future. Even the staff at I-trip (the property managers) were exceptionally helpful and responsive in every point of contact we made with them. Easy check in and easy check out made it all the more beneficial.

Private yet practical

The house was smaller than I expected but still perfect for my family of 4, and def room for 4 more to sleep! It was clean and really stocked. If I had any suggestions to the owners it would be to maybe store some baby items in the garage and get new beach chairs! The pool was amazing, the master bedroom/bed was amazing! I can’t wait to come back! And as far as location I thought it was close enough to all the necessities but yet didn’t feel it!

Beautiful home in a great location.

We came to Cape Coral over Christmas break with our four adult children and both of our mothers. The house is in a good location and it appeared to be recently updated. All of the furnishings were very nice and the beds were comfortable. The inground, heated salt water pool was an excellent way to relax and take advantage of the Florida sun. Communication with the rental company was excellent and they were quick to answer any questions that we had. We would like to visit the area again and would definitely consider this house for accommodations, but I think we will choose a different week, as there were just too many people, and the traffic was really heavy.

We found this rental dirty,very dirty. This is a neglected property it was obvious the owner collected the rents and put nothing into maintaining the house and property. Many things were very worn,dirty,missing or not in working order. The pictures of this property are from a better time and either the pictures or the property should be updated.

Decent Property

Overall, we had a positive experience. There were a few things that didn’t work properly, but nothing that had a large impact on our stay. For example, the garage door opener didn’t work, the living room ceiling fan would spin, but no air moved, and there were several times the WiFi didn’t work until we rebooted the router. We were disappointed that the patio furniture was quite dirty and despite being advertised as a solar heated pool, after arrival we learned the pool was only heated during certain months (not during our stay.) Overall, it was a descent house, but seems as though it’s not frequently rented, and it shows.

We were so impressed. Just about the best house we have stayed at on vacations. Everyone was happy with the spacious room. The 3 - 10 year old girls were in heaven in the bunk bed room. As well as the pool. My 86 yo father loved the time he got to spend with us. Our mom passed last November and he really misses her. We did bring him a recliner since he has so much difficulty getting up and down. Your furniture was quite low. (You may want to consider a recliner for handicap folks. ) The 3 year old cried when we left cuz she “had to leave her pool”. My sister and I washed so many towels for those girls it was too funny. We cooked and ate great food. We went out and enjoyed great food. We rented a pontoon boat. And had a blast. We took a dolphin tour and saw a baby manatee and loads of dolphins. We went shopping in Sanibel and Captiva.

Wonderful home with great outdoor area

We had 2 families of four staying here for spring break week. The house looked exactly like the pictures shown and had a great layout. Everyone said their bed was comfortable. The outdoor area was perfect. Plenty of seating, outdoor tv, dining area and a bathroom entrance from the pool area. We spent the majority of our time outdoors. Kitchen was well stocked and we did quite a bit of cooking and it had everything we needed. The only thing missing was there were no wash cloths…in the kitchen or bathrooms. (A kitchen sponge was provided). Overall a great experience!

Beautiful home to stay in!

The house was perfect for the 7 of us. Very well stocked and little details to help accommodate our stay was nice. Extremely easy check-in. The only drawbacks to the home is that there is definitely not enough hot water to accommodate us. We could barely get through two showers at a time. Also, the two guest beds are not very comfortable and the sheets won’t stay on the master bed. Those are not big deals but someone may want to be prepared. Other than that it was perfect and had everything we could possibly need. Would stay here again.
