The communication was very disappointing. This was our first time staying at a Vrbo that is managed by a rental company instead of a private host. We were given a “designated representative” who was very hard to get a hold of and never replied back to us. The pool was dirty and a foot low when we arrived. Even though we were told a pool service would come, they never did. The air conditioning did not cool the house. After many attempts to communicate this problem, finally a service was sent out to add freon.
