"The staff is great, but the place itself is awful. The location sucks, very noisy, the windows don't close tightly, the rooms are not sound proofed, the air conditioning is very noisy and does not work properly. The rooms are very tiny, I asked to be moved to a different room and the receptionist at the front desk did not know where to put me because all the rooms were noisy. I would give this place a 2 star. "

"Had a lovely experience at the hotel. Everything was perfect but what really stood out for me was the professionalism and friendliness of literally all the staff. From the courteous reception staff, the ladies at the other desk who where very kind and patient in helping me with suitable tours to book, the cleaners who were always very polite and friendly and the staff at the outdoor areas who where just exceptional as this is where I spent most of my time at the hotel. "Location was great really close to V&A waterfront staff were very friendly & helpful. Food at hotel & breakfast was good plenty of choice. Outdoor area on 2nd floor was good.
Only recommendadtion would be to have an outside seating area on ground floor would be ideal."
"The hotel is definitely showing signs oif the need for a refurb. Tired flooring in bar and restaurant, ridiculously noisy AC units, doors to balcony need updating as do the bathrooms.
Staff were generally excellent and breakfast selection was good.
I stayed in a 6th floor Deluxe Executive room but overall I felt I was paying for the location rather than any other luxuries."
