The property was very clean and host anticipated virtually any guest needs, particularly in the kitchen. Location was quiet and very convenient, within walking distance to the beach, center of town, and numerous restaurants. Maximum use of limited space and contemporary style and decor.

Short walk to coastal paradise!

The unit is clean and has many kitchen supplies. If you are a tea drinker you’ll need to know how to use an induction cooktop in order to boil your water. It was a quiet, relaxing place for our vacation.

Alice’s apartment was exactly what my wife and I needed for a quick getaway with easy access to town and private parking. The listing was accurate and the apartment was comfy and very cool during a hot week. Alice was easy to contact and we could walk to town along the beautiful marginal walkway near Perkins cove. The unit was part of a condo complex. The place was very clean and quiet. It was well appointed. For the most part everything was in one room. Reminded me of staying in a hotel room. Perkins cove a short drive or about 10 minute walk. With traffic walking a little difficult as there were no sidewalks.base price was reasonable but with all extra fees the price wasn't as attractive.

Delightful stay in Ogunquit

Alice was very kind, friendly, informative, and quickly responsive to my questions. Alice was also very patient and helpful in resolving a financial situation that was VRBO’s mistake. I give her much credit for how she handled and resolved the issue. Location was literally a two minute walk to Perkins Cove and the Marginal Way. I appreciate Alice, her hospitality, and her wonderful condo.

. Owner communication package was very clear. Place was very quiet and clean. When booking, I did not realize there was a walking bridge to Perkins Cove. Had to cut the trip 2 days short because of Hurricane Lee. Should of purchased travel insurance.

Just a needed getaway

We were very happy with the Condo, it met are needs perfectly. Very close to Perkins Cove and not a very long drive to many attractions. The Marginal Way walk way was such a great way to walk to Ogunquit and to the beach. The sunrise from Oarweed Cove were beautiful.
