“It was in total nice there but the receptionist made the whole night to much noise so was no resting possible. They should be clear that there are people sleeping and be quite! It was so loud from them never again! ”

“I made a reservation and drove more than an hour out of my way to get there because everything was booked in Cape Town. When I arrived I was informed that there wasn't a room available. I understand that mistakes sometimes happen but now they are REFUSING TO REFUND MY PAYMENT!”

“Cannot stress enough how UNBELIEVABLY friendly AND efficient owner Eddie is...he replied instantly to my WhatsApp after 5pm, was involved, helpful and polite and answered every question without bitterness, resentment or impatience. This is a FAR cry from what passes for "customer so-called service" in this city. But my best part was seeing him outside the venue on arrival..he was waiting for my Uber!! And he didn't flinch to help with luggage...room was perfectly acceptable with a fan(yay!),……

Apenas não conseguimos usar o restaurante para jantar pois ele necessita de reserva no café da manhã, mas não estavamos lá neste horário. Não gostei dessa política. No mais a estadia foi boa.
