invites visitors to enjoy the best in coastal relaxation, close to
several exciting activities. This lovely three-bedroom apartment can
accommodate up to 6 guests. Enjoy the serenity of crashing waves and
bright blue skies almost throughout the year, as well as enchanting
ocean, Table Mountain and Robben Island views.

Upon entering this modern, two-storey self-catering apartment, guests
will immediately be met with views of the ocean, while the open plan
living areas are stylish and accommodating to guests' needs. Enjoy DSTV
connectivity on the flat-screen TV in the lounge, which opens up and
leads to a furnished deck with a braai facility and lush garden with
direct access to the beach. The dining area can seat up to 6 people,
while the full kitchen consists of all the essentials needed to whip up
a delicious meal.

The home’s 3 bedrooms are spacious and stylishly furnished to match the
atmosphere of the rest of the home and surrounding natural beauty. The
main bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and
shower, and balcony access with spectacular views. The secon bedroom
has king bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and balcony access.
The final bedroom has 2 single beds, accessing the shared bathroom.

Cape Town’s captivating coastal suburb of Bloubergstrand is a popular
holiday destination, showcasing the beauty and magic of the Atlantic
Ocean and outstanding views of Table Mountain from a family-friendly
beachfront. Surfing and kitesurfing are popular activities to enjoy
while visiting Blouberg and an array of ocean-facing restaurants and
attractions also appeal to guests. The exciting City Centre is a short
20-minute drive away, easily accessible by catching a MyCiTi bus or an
Uber.

In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.

The Property Manager will arrange a check in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at Dolphin Beach, 1 Marine Drive, Bloubergstrand

The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
