The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to enjoy a pleasant self-catering stay and includes a washing machine for added convenience and comfort. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining space, furnished with a large wooden dining table with seating for up to six people. The lounge is thoughtfully furnished with comfortable seating, a coffee table, a TV cabinet housing a flatscreen television, and an indoor fireplace to keep guests warm during stays in wintertime. As the sliding doors glide open, you will have access to a charming balcony with a cosy outdoor set, perfect for two.
On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en suite bathroom that includes a washbasin with a vanity, a shower-bath combo, and a toilet. The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds and also features its own en suite bathroom, complete with a washbasin with a vanity, a shower, and a toilet. Downstairs, the property boasts a guest bathroom fitted with a washbasin and toilet. Linen and towels are provided with your stay.
Guests are welcome to enjoy the courtyard equipped with outdoor furniture and a braai, as well as secure parking. Located in the vibrant Century City, the property offers easy access to a wide range of activities, including the famous Canal Walk Shopping Centre and much more.
For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport will be required at check-in. All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted. For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge. A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion. Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested. A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 301 Wharfside Manhattan Century City Esplanade Rd.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
