"self online check in was very simple and efficient. the house was spectacularly clean and in a very quiet area; perfect for a weekend getaway however, the hotspring was not available and the sauna was only until 22:00 there was no curtains so the rooms were all bright when the sun started rising. kitchen was fully equipped. we were a family of 6; 4 adults and 2kids. but none of the equipments were for 6ppl; we found 5 pairs of slippers and 5 toothbrush only. "

"The accommodation was very clean and well-equipped. It is highly convenient as there is a supermarket right next to the accommodation that stays open until midnight (12 AM). "객실에 전자레인지, 인덕션, 냉장고, 정수기, 온수 포트, 비데, 세탁기, 에어컨, 공기청정기 등 생활 가전제품이 모두 있어서 좋았습니다. 그런데 가전제품이 파라소니 제품인데 사용법을 몰라서 사용방법 알아내는데 힘들었습니다. 외국인을 위해서 사용방법을 비치해놓으면 좋겠습니다. 현관 도어락이 잘 안눌러져서 처음 도착했을때 들어가질 못해서 멘탈이 터졌는데, 호텔 관계자와 연락도 되지 않아 불편함이 있었습니다. 주방 쪽 바닥 보일러만 켜면 차단기가 내려가는데, 호텔 측에서 사전에 알려주지 않아서 히터가 문제인줄 알고 추운 겨울에 히터를 최소한으로 켜고 춥게 지냈습니다. 둘째날 부터는 보일러가 문제라는 걸 알게 되어 히터 빵빵하게 틀고 잘 지냈습니다. 객실에 온천탕은 있는다는 사실은 모르고 갔는데, 온천수가 나오는 개인 탕이 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 주차장 높이가 2700mm라서 SUV, 승합차는 들어갈수 없습니다. 모르고 가족여행이다 보니 승합차를 가지고 갔는데 집에 주차를 못해서 길가에...

"露天風呂は開放感があって良い。しかし、22時までしか入れないから長く楽しめない。室内に入ると臭い（温泉の匂いではない）エアコンの暖房が効かない備え付けの食器、調理器具が衛生的とは思えない。敷布団が薄いし変な分かれ方しているので寝にくい。総合的に鑑み、料金が高いと感じた。唯一良い点はアフリカンサファリと地獄めぐりが近い事。"

"広々としていて、素敵な部屋だった。地上波以外にも、Netflix・YouTube等のテレビも見れた。各部屋にテレビが付いていて子ども同士でチャンネルの取り合いにならずに済んだ。温泉にも入れて、ピアノや庭もあり、食器類も自由に使えてのんびりできた。食事も近くにドラッグストアやスーパーがあって便利も良かった。洗濯洗剤も付いていて洗濯できて良かった。次も来たいと思いました。ただ、お風呂場の洗面所の電気が付かなくて残念でした… 子ども用の歯ブラシだったり、身体を洗うボディースポンジ(タオル)、キッチンにトースターとかがあるともっと嬉しいなと思いました。"

"Small ryokan in the hills above Yufuin. Great Onsen. We stayed in the traditional Japanese room and it was very comfortable. It had a private Onsen that was incredible. The staff were friendly and helpful, and despite us not being from Japan or able to speak much Japanese, we never felt out of place or unwelcome. The breakfast was a traditional Japanese breakfast, amazing to see as well as eat. We only stayed 3 nights, but it was the most relaxing time of our 3 day visit."

"Room was huge as with Ryokan style accommodation and generally clean, What great is the reservation system for onsen so you can have a private slot for yourself/family instead of the usually gender sharing arrangement. It is about 10-15 minutes walk to Yunotsubo Kaido and 5 minutes to the train station and Aeon supermart. Unlike some osen town eg. Hakone, there is plenty of food option at night."

"It was a scenic walk from the lake to the property, we enjoyed it although it was drizzling. The room was nice and comfortable to accommodate 5 of us. We didn’t realize that there was no attached shower room when we booked so was a little shocked when we realized that upon check-in. If you intend to go to the onsen (which you should really go - there are 2 private ones and a big public one), then there’s no big issue with that. The dinner experience was also great, it was an extensive spread and immediately after dinner, there was free drinks at the front desk area. I would love to stay one more night so we could thoroughly enjoy the facilities and the beautiful surroundings!"

"The dinner and breakfast were so good and the staff was so nice to explain to us about every dish. It also provided transfer from and to the train station, so convenient. We booked 4 rooms, each has its own layout. So relax to have onsen in each room. We will stay in this property again if we are back to Yufuin."
