The living space includes a dining set that can seat up to four guests. Additionally, there is a flatscreen television with access to streaming services like Netflix, providing great entertainment options. This is all situated next to a comfortable double bed with plush bedding. The bathroom is modernly designed and fitted with a spacious, walk-in shower, a washbasin with vanity as well as a toilet. Linen and towels are included with your stay.
Sliding doors open to a private patio with an outdoor dining set that seats four. Additionally, the apartment is secure and includes a parking bay for one vehicle. Guests also have access to a communal rooftop braai area, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals with stunning views. Bloubergstrand offers direct access to West Coast Road leading into Cape Town, and you are conveniently located near several shopping centres, malls, entertainment options, and, of course, the beach.
For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport will be required at check-in. All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted. For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge. A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management. Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested. A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 42 North Road, Table View, Cape Town. The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
