A stunning family house situated in the beautiful leafy and ‘wind-free’ Fernwood Estate (Newlands), adjacent to the world famous Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens. Stylishly decorated, the open design of the marble topped kitchen, trendy dining area and relaxing lounge space opening onto the large covered patio with built- in BBQ feature, lends itself to fun family times and a stress-free entertaining lifestyle.

The house is all on one level with large sun filled rooms looking out onto an ample sized beautiful garden and large solar heated pool.

Bedrooms are configured as follows:

Master with 2 singles pushed together with en suite bathroom

Bedroom 2 - 2 x single beds apart

Bedroom 3 queen bed

Bedroom 4 - 2 singles can be apart or together.

Additional 2 bathrooms with showers

The house is perfectly located to access Cape Town spots:

Incredible home - perfect for our family

We were fortunate to spend two months enjoying Graham’s home in Newlands. He was quick to address our minimal concerns and made sure that the home was well cared for throughout our stay with x3/week cleanings and regularly gardening. The home is well designed and laid out. There are many cozy spots in the house, but the sun room with all the doors open is simply the best. Our sons played for hours in the garden and the pool is a great size for exercise and play.
