"Excellent hotel. Extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff, they made our trip more interesting with their advices & tips about the city. You could rent mopeds from them. Arranged rides to the city nights market and helped with day trips bookings to James Bond Island, Phi Phi island, and to the Turtle sanctuary. "The location of resort and room is so beautiful and romantic. We really loved it and it’s the perfect setting for relaxation. Only downside is no bar and is in a Muslim area but getting a taxi is no problem if you want a non halal meal close. The staff are so friendly especially Mr Annon (excuse my spelling) he is great host. YNWA!"

"I was a tad hesitant to book this into this hidden gem however very glad I did! Super friendly and very accommodating staff ! They are what makes this place a solid 10/10! Daily housekeeping was done and the smaller room was cleaned with fresh linens and towels. The only negative is they leave the hallway outside area lights on all night which soak low light in on ones face!     "The room was clean and the staff were always very courteous and knowledgeable. The laundry service was good to have and the gym and the pool were beautiful. The Viva restaurant, however is way overpriced for an average quality food. The ribeye steak was as tough as they come and over cooked. The coffee which cost about $5 was about 2 ounces. But there are other places to enjoy good food very cheap, so the Viva was a one timer. "
