「Well located, with a few minutes walk to Woolworth, night market and the reef terminal. Comfortable and huge room. Friendly and helpful staff, Betty, who help us and answering questions patiently. However, the air conditioning system was not function quite well during our stay. But anyway, it was quite a nice stay for us!」

「订的海景房，到了并没有给海景房，飞了一夜也懒得争辩了。已经入住，订的两卧只有三间卧室的房型了，服务人员交代别去第三间，我们认可后几分钟，在已经入住的情况下没有敲门直接进来一个服务员在第三间房上挂了禁入的牌子。感觉不被尊重。」

「A perfect location for you to go around the heart of Cairns... you can walk and shop around Cairns easily... those kitchen stuffs are a bit old or even damaged... if you would like to cook by yourself, it may bring you trouble... however, they have barbecue equipment prepared next to swimming pool for you to cook, I enjoyed this which is good and relax... overall is a good... PS: only a remark that my room is so-called ocean view but indeed this is highly affected by which room they offered...

「酒店地处风景区，步行前往沙滩只需6分钟，周边超市，餐饮都有，生活便捷，同时房型很大，每个房间都有独立的洗手间和淋浴设施，即使是2户人家一起同住，也完全没有问题。酒店的4个泳池，满足了小朋友所有的需求。唯一的遗憾是前往大堡礁、丛林景点会远，在网上订购门票时，需要支付额外的接送费用。不过这并不会影响我对酒店的满意度。」
