「Booked superior room with walk in shower,given standard complained and had another room second floor 40 stairs no lift.landing carpet threadbare in placestoilet flush ,seat broken.First day no bed made or clean towels, Second day bed made one hand & one bath towel for two people.Toilet roll ran out and replaced with half used roll.4 parking places for whole hotel.some of which were used by staff.Breakfast very limitedTables not cleaned and food not topped up always having to ask for...

「My husband and I had a wonderful stay with Jean-Paul & Genevieve in their gorgeous B&B. Located in a small countryside village, we found the location perfect for exploring the wider area, though it is remote from shops & restaurants so you must plan accordingly. The guesthouse is situated in a wonderfully restored substantial village property, with great comfort and decor, as well as a very refreshing pool in which to cool down. 「Had a great stay at the property, which is in a nice small village outside of Carcassonne. The breakfast was very nice, with various breads and jams fruits and such. The bathroom was quite large and the room had ample pace and such for clothes. There is a restaurant about 50m away that is very good. Probably the best part is that the proprietrix is wonderful.」
