Everything was great from check-in, rooms (nothing special but did have hot water and AC, very small TV), parking (real close, pay separately ($5/night), pool, breakfast was great. Good communication prior. We reserved a Masaya volcano tour the day we arrived. Excellent service.”

“I would give Plaza Marbella a 4/5. Overall, it was a really good stay, mainly because the staff was very helpful and friendly, and the pool area was nice. That said, there are a few things that could be improved. Some areas feel a bit outdated and worn, and the kitchen was very basic – it could use a few more essentials (even a kitchen towel would help). The balcony was often covered in bird droppings, and it didn’t seem like it was being cleaned regularly, even just the table. The pool area is……
