"This is the cleanest property I’ve come across in vacation rentals. It’s comfortable, cozy, close to the beach and to the highway for easy sightseeing. "Santa Maria is a stunning property in a beautiful & quiet location ideally situated for Orvieto. The apartment was comfortable & well equipped. The owners were most helpful & pleasant. "Francesco couldn’t have been kinder. He gave us great recommendations of places to go, came every day to clean the pool and sweep the courtyard. "Veronica was a very kind host. The property is one of the finest we have stayed at in Italy. As per other visitors comments, the roads are narrow, a car the size of a Golf is an ideal size. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped, plenty of lounge space and terraces outside. It is situated is what could only be described as a large park, the landscaping is massive. Very rural location, you will have to drive for any facilities. Recommended if you want a quiet holiday."
