Eine sehr schöne Wohnung nahe am Strand

Die Wohnung ist perfekt eingerichtet. Die Übergaben erfolgten problemlos. Die Vermieter haben immer einen Vorschlsg parat was sehenswert ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Lovely apartment with beautiful garden

The apartment is really lovely - clean and well equipped with everything you need for your stay. Gardens are beautiful and very secluded - the terrace is lovely to sit and eat / have drinks and there is a gas barbecue which is a bonus. WiFi is fast and air conditioning efficient. Antonio is an excellent host and many books and maps are provided to help familiarise yourself with the area. The apartment is situated in a quiet residential area a couple of minutes walk from the beach. It is a short drive to the wonderful city of Cagliari - plenty of shops, museums, restaurants and other places to explore. The apartment is perfectly placed to explore the amazing beaches of Pula and Chia. The coastline is absolutely stunning! A rental car is recommended and there is undercover parking at the back of the apartment. All in all a lovely stay, and Antonio and Claudia could not have been more helpful. Thank you!

Fantastic.

Really fantastic time staying in Sardinia. The accommodation was really clean and relaxing with everything you could need on a holiday. The locals were all very helpful and sociable. A very clean and relaxing time had with an almost empty beach down the road. We had the best holiday yet. the only noise was the palm trees with the warm breeze. Would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung

Um es vorwegzunehmen: Die Beschreibung im Inserat ist zutreffend, die gepflegte Ausstattung und Lage in einer gehobenen Wohngegend (ruhig bis auf die unzähligen Hunde) in einem grünen Garten, Betreuung durch den freundlichen Antonio, Strand-, Bus-, Supermarkt- und Restaurantnähe - wir waren rundum zufrieden und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Der Bus ist in 20 Min in Calgiari, in 30 Min in Pula und 55 Min am tropischen Strand von Chia. Zum Flughafen kommt man mit dem Taxi für 40 EUR. Wunderschöner Garten

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr erholsam, wir hatten schöne faule Tage in dem sehr gepflegten und privaten Garten. Unsere Vermieter haben uns sehr gut und freundlich betreut: Die gesamte Abwicklung war sehr korrekt, wir haben per mail sofort einen Busfahrplan bekommen und als der Boiler leckte, wurde er sofort am nächsten Tag nach unserer Info ausgetauscht. Das W-Lan war ein großer Pluspunkt. Es gab gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und mit dem Bus war man in ca 20 Min in Cagliari. Beim nächsten Mal wäre es sicher von Vorteil, ein Auto zu nehmen. Alles in Allem: Ein schöner Urlaub in schönen sauberen Räumlichkeiten und einem wunderschönen Garten.

La localisation de cet appartement etais bien situé .Juste a côté des plages et du sable blanc. Nous avons passé une bonne semaine au soleil et tranquille. C'est trés propre et tout a porter de main . Nous recommandons ce logement bien équipé.
