“Overall the property was lovely, and exactly as described. Very spacious and well presented, however discovering large amounts of old crumbs between the sofa cushions was off putting. Better cleaning in out of sight areas. As we do like to cook when travelling, a better selection of cookware, and no chipped china would have been appreciated.”

“Fregatura/truffa. Il gestore non si è presentato. Non c'è stato modo di contattarlo una volta arrivati lì, peccato che il pernottamento fosse già stato pagato. Così ci siamo ritrovati senza dove dormire, per fortuna Expedia ci ha coperto la prima notte in un albergo. Da sottolineare che neanche Expedia stessa sia riuscita a contattare il gestore, e che al momento non sono ancora stato rimborsato. Esperienza pessima e pessima pubblicità per Lecce. Non mi capacito come questo locale sia ancora……

“Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft mit sehr schöner Architektur. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Kaffeemaschine/Wasserkocher sowie ein Kühlschrank standen uns zur Verfügung wie auch eine Küche (haben wir nicht genutzt). Das Schlafsofa war etwas ungemütlich und auch dass die Unterkunft einen großen Raum darstellt (keine räumliche Abtrennung), könnte bereits in der Beschreibung stehen. War in unserem Fall nicht schlimm, wäre dennoch schön gewesen zu wissen. Alles in allem war es eine wunderbare Unterkunft……

“Excellent location, clean, beautiful design.we stayed with a bigger group but the house was so spacious no one felt on top of each other. Rooms and washroom were specious for south of Italy. The house was stunning every detail of it. The town also had great restaurant, coffee shops, market.we travelled to beaches all around everyday but location was central so easy for us. I’d book this property again ”

“Sehr gepflegte Anlage. Die Hausdame spricht sehr gut Englisch, ist unglaublich hilfsbereit, herzlich und ganz reizend. Das Deluxe Studio ist fantastisch, die Terasse ist riesig. Da es eine Spülmaschine gibt, wäre etwas mehr Besteck wünschenswert. Wir hatten nur 3 Sets. Hinter der Anlage liegt eine Firma mit LKWs die sehr früh mit den Arbeiten beginnt, was durchaus nervig sein kann. Da wir tagsüber unterwegs waren, war uns das egal, wer den Tag auf der sehr schönen Terrassen verbringen will,……

“Casa nuova, pulita e accessoriata di ogni comfort, letti comodi; proprietario disponibile per ogni necessità ma mai invadente. Posizione ottima per visitare le più belle spiagge della zona. Presenti ottimi servizi e negozi nelle vicinanze anche senza usare l'auto. La casa è ben ventilata, nonostante il caldo non è stato necessario accendere l'aria condizionata. Bellissimo il patio attrezzato antistante dall'appartamento dove abbiamo cenato frescheggiando all'aperto. Sicuramente da consigliare. ”

“Fantastic stay in Puglia! We were a group of 10 adults and 9 kids and the villa was more than big enough. Belisario was very helpful and showed us round his beautiful property full of character. The pool was a hit, especially when the temperature reached 40C! The bikes were a nice touch as well. All in all a great stay, highly recommended. ”
