Located on the the quiet side of island of Capri, within five minutes by bus from the Blue Grotto, this villa is the perfect place for an unforgettable holiday on the magical island of Capri. The villa also offers Internet connection, breakfast service, cleaning service, and parking for two cars (although on the island you do not need to drive; in fact, there are no rental cars available). Inside, the recent and complete restoration of the property has preserved the authentic architecture of this beautiful home. Each piece has been carefully chosen to create a harmonious blend between classical styling and comfort. Beautiful paintings and prints adorn the walls, filling each room with warmth, character and distinction. Outside, the walled garden offers breathtaking views of the blue sea, and is full of fragrant, Mediterranean flowers. Olive trees surround the very large terrace, decorated with pots and statues. To the right of the living room is a blue-themed double bedroom with air conditioning, ensuite bathroom and French doors opening to the garden. The second, yellow-themed double bedroom also has air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds, ensuite bathroom, and is not air conditioned as it is located in the coolest part of the villa with north facing window (beds cannot be joined). To the left of the living room is the formal dining room with table for 10 and double doors opening to the pool side area. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a four-burner gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. The laundry room has ironing facilities and a washing machine. Behind the kitchen is a small bedroom with a single bed and bathroom ensuite with bathtub. This bedroom is available only on request and is suitable for a nanny or teenager.The first and ground floors are linked by an elegantly rounded stairway. On the first floor is the fourth double bedroom with air conditioning, ensuite bathroom with bathtub, breathtaking sea views and access to the terrace. It also features an air conditioned sitting room, flat screen, Satellite TV, DVD player, and fireplace with large windows overlooking the sea.

The villa exteriors include 1000 sq. meters of private gardens and multiple terraces with stunning sea view and outdoor furniture, a circular swimming pool (six meters), poolside patio with umbrellas and dining area, garden with pergola and sitting area with sea view, a panoramic al fresco dining terrace, and parking for two cars inside the property.

Bus stop for the Blue Grotto and Anacapri (both five minutes away) is just in front of the gate.Capri is the perfect base from which to explore the artistic, historic and natural treasures located on the other islands of the Bay of Naples (such as Ischia and Procida) and on the mainland (Sorrento, Pompei, Positano) all of which are easily visited in a series of fascinating day trips and excursions by hydrofoil.
