Villa 'Bella Vista' with Sea View, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

A splendid villa located in one of the most fascinating areas of Capri: Grotta delle Felci in the Bay of Marina Piccola'.

Just a 15 minute walk from the centre of Capri.

Villa Bella Vista offers an incredible panoramic view of the Faraglioni and the Bay of Marina Piccola.

Totally immersed in a flowering Mediterranean garden, adorned with lilac-coloured Caprese Boganvillae and a panoramic outdoor patio overlooking the Faraglioni.

The Space

The special feature of Villa Bella Vista is that it is located in the cool and breezy Grotta delle Felci area. In fact, the large covered terrace and the rooms are equipped with sustainable and healthy ceiling fan blades. In the same area of Grotta delle Felci, ancient settlements have also been found there, being one of the most sheltered places. The famous beaches of Marina Piccola are easily reached in less than 15 minutes on foot in the typical narrow streets, with the bus stop a 5-minute walk away, or by taxi in 10 minutes.

Villa Bella Vista is about 120 square metres inside and is on two levels.

From the entrance gate a staircase leads to the two floors of the villa.

The first floor, from the staircase, has an independent entrance, onto a large furnished solarium terrace and a flower garden with a view of the Faraglioni rocks. It includes the dependance composed of a double bedroom and bathroom with shower.



The second floor of the Villa includes a charming living room in Caprese terracotta tiles, antique furnishings and colours. The large covered terrace with a panoramic view of the Faraglioni crosses the entire first floor passing in front of the living room and the 3 bedrooms,



On the same floor is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.



The 3 bedrooms (1 with en suite bathroom, 2 with en suite bathroom):

The property is reachable by bike and by motorbike.

Our family and friends had a wonderful time experiencing the Isle of Capri for the first time. The property's host (Grazie, T!) was the best we've ever had!!!We shall return to Capri and look forward to staying once again at this stunning villa.
