"The unit is in excellent shape and has a beautiful view of the sunsets. Very close to the pool and beach and an easy walk to a number of restaurants and shops. Overall the property is still recovering from Ian but the location and the unit itself were A-one! We also forgot an item and had to get back into the unit after check out. It was no problem and one call to the manager solved the matter is less than a minute. Excellent service. We are thinking about returning in the Fall."

"This was part of our family's 2nd trip to North Captiva and the island provided the perfect vacation destination. The house had all the space we needed for our group of 14. The kids loved having the pool and the trek to the beach was short and easy. We saw lots of wildlife including dolphins on the beach everyday. "We stayed at Gulf Dreams during the first week of April! We had wonderful warm weather and greatly enjoyed the heated pool and easy access to the beach. We had 4 adults and 4 teenagers and the layout out of the house was perfect for our group. The kitchen was well equipped and we ate most meals at the house. Pre-ordering the groceries was the way to go! Great communication with the property manager. The house was very clean. Highly recommend!"

"Tidewater is a very clean home with lots of space and spaces to accommodate a large group. The house has so many different tables and seating options that you could easily host a large gathering. "The location was amazing from the moment you walk in the doors and see the view out over the mangrove and water. Watching the birds come and go and Osprey building nests was wonderful as was the sunrise coming in those windows. Walk to the beach is short to see sunsets. "Nice condo and area. The condo was very clean. Pool an easy walk out the front. Beach wasn't crowded at all. Construction was occurring on condo property itself but was not near the condo itself. If you want to buy groceries, would recommend a Kroger before going across bridge to Sanibel.. the local grocery store is greatly overpriced with limited selections"

"The home was welcoming and a good location. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens. If I go to the area again I will stay here again. Several places to eat and shop within walking distance.
