Very nice, clean, updated property. Location was great, quiet. Really enjoyed our stay. Beach front with very short walk to the beach. Nice easy walk into Captiva, Mucky Duck, Island Store other restaurants etc.

Great location, clean condo

Enjoyed our stay here and the condo was fine. Minor issues with washing machine leak, etc. Enjoyed the heated pool and outdoor grills! Condo is very convenient/walkable to downtown captiva.

Just as described and easy beach access. Not a problem but remember to bring alll of your needed condi.ents if planning on cookking at home. All of necessary pots,pans etc included. Plenty of towels, beach gear that you"ll need. Been at several of these units and this has been best so far. Living room view is unmatched.

We’ve been coming to the resort for 30+ years and just needed an extra condo this year. It did it’s job and the view is pretty. Our only complaints were that the master bathroom shower was in pretty poor shape with mildew and the carpet in the bedrooms looked dirty. The upgrades in the hall bath were nice.

Beautiful property. All that we needed was provided in the room, kitchen items, beach towels, beach chairs and washer/dryer. Will book again with Rosen vacations.

Family Spring break

We had a great week at the Gulf beach villas. Great location with beach right in front of us and pools for the kids. Condo was perfect for our family of six. Only suggestion is to add a few more dishes and pots and pans. Rosen management was great to work with. Thanks for a great stay!
