「The reservation was “ overbooked” and we did not get to stay there. They did provide a room at hotel Rosa and provided a cab after I complained The staff at the Rosa were lovely and they added in breakfast」

「Hjælpsom vært, fin beliggenhed, stor lejlighed..」

「The property is located well. Half way between the center of the city and the st jean railway station, close to stores, tram lines The building is 100 years old and across a busy, expensive restaurant. Noise is present until about midnight. The plumbing at the room is not done well. There's odors coming out in the shower. There's is no service of any kind in the property. You check in and out on your own.」

「Excellent location and very friendly restaurant staff. However, bathroom floor was not cleaned on a daily basis (during our 4 night stay it was not cleaned). Trash was also taken out on alternate day.」

「Very Nice Hotel and perfect location. Very good service. Room is spacious and things inside are kept well.」

「Excellent front desk staff, very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed and pillows very comfortable. Nice size suite with lots of storage space. Breakfast was a very nice surprise, more than your standard continental. Best thing of all was the location. Right in the middle of the city centre; easy walking to loads of restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend this property.」
