Enjoyable but...
The property is typical french quirky and generally enjoyable - since the house is 17th century we can forgive the dim lights and basic electrics. The sewage issue (day 2) was sorted very quickly - this can happen anytime and communications with the manager were very quick. The excellent Comptoir restaurant next door (book ahead) is a real bonus and the boulangerie and convenience store were great too. Villegly is outside Carcassonne but well positioned to explore the area. Our main concerns were the adjacent (to the bedrooms) busy road with lorries starting from before 6am (when the nearby church bells started), (In the hot summer we had to leave the windows open) - and the servicing fell below expectations with no cleaning throughout the whole two weeks with minimal cleaning materials provided - and clean sheets arriving on day 10. The pool was good but needed more cleaning than we could do for ourselves with the equipment provided. Enjoyable overall, plenty of room but tolerance is required.

Excellent séjour
Notre groupe d'amis a passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte de charme. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié son confort ( literie au top), ses équipements ( cuisine très bien équipée pour des gourmands qui adorent cuisiner), et la disponibilité de la propriétaire qui a résolu immédiatement les problèmes de four et de télé qui nous n'arrivions pas à faire fonctionner. Le petit plus : le sapin décoré de la salle à manger qui a égayé notre table du nouvel an.

La comunicación con la propietaria fue buena en todo momento. La estancia muy bien para tanta gente y sobre todo con niños. No había tostadora cuando llegamos, se lo comunique a la dueña y al día siguiente ya la teníamos ahí. Recomendable

Maison familiale ancienne
Jolie maison mais à proximité d’une route très passante. Impossible de dormir la fenêtre ouverte. Maison avec 2 étages, pas de toilettes au 2ème étage. Bruit incessant de la route lorsqu’on est dans le jardin. Par contre, bonne situation pour visiter Carcassonne et le canal du midi.

Une vraie maison de famille avec une âme et de la vigne vierge
Bien équipée, cette maison a été un havre de paix pour des vacances en famille. Les chambres sont spacieuses et nous ont accueillis nous et nos valises en nous laissant encore beaucoup de places. Les salles de bains et sanitaires étaient très propres, la cuisine généreusement équipée en vaisselle et accessoires. La piscine suffisamment grande a pu rafraîchir tout le monde et les arbres nous donner de l'ombre. Merci à la propriétaire d'avoir été si reactive lorsque nous avons eu un problème avec l'un des deux frigos. Superbe maison, merveilleux souvenirs

Maison calme, très bien équipée et agréable dans un village sympathique. Petits commerces à proximité immédiate, resto voisin au top. Malgré une météo morose, pièce à vivre très lumineuse, les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables.
