Excellent location two minutes walk from the east entrance to the Ottoman-era old town. Facility was clean, design basic and user friendly, and breakfast was solid but not luxurious. Would return.

Excellent location as close to old town but very steep hill to walk up if tired. Very clean. I could not tell if someone used this room before me except for a very minor lipstick stain on the bathroom door. Everything looks new and well kept. Bed was very clean and very comfortable to sleep in. Bathroom was very clean including toilet and shower. They use the bidet function on the inside of the toilet for washing. Very good water pressure in the shower. We requested an early check in 5 hours early and was given early check in 3 hours before the standard time. The front desk receptionist was very friendly, warm and helpful. The blackout curtains were excellent at keeping out the daylight when we wanted to take a nap and the soft lighting was very pleasant in illuminating the room in the evening. The standard room is smaller than your average hotel franchise room but I personally preferred the size and feel more personal and comfortable still with enough space to move around in. The buffet breakfast variety included essential food items provided such as a few cereal options, orange juice, cold cut meats like salami and turkey slices, yoghurts, fruits, nuts and omelette station available among some other options I may be missing. However, the staff were kind and helpful in making us feel comfortable. Really enjoyed this hotel and would be happy to stay again.

Unser Aufenthalt hat unsere Erwartungen an ein 5-Sterne-Hotel leider nicht erfüllt. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die grossen Pools, die grosszügigen Zimmer sowie die Endstation der Strassenbahn direkt vor dem Hotel, mit der man bequem in die Innenstadt von Sarajevo gelangt. Leider überwiegen für uns jedoch die negativen Eindrücke. Bereits beim Check-in wurden wir eher unfreundlich empfangen. Am Anreisetag fanden im Hotel gleich sechs Hochzeiten statt. Entsprechend war es bis spät am Abend sehr laut. Zusätzlich sorgten lärmende Gäste auf unserer Etage für eine unruhige erste Nacht. Das Hotel wirkt insgesamt renovierungs- und pflegebedürftig. Teppiche und öffentliche Bereiche machten einen wenig gepflegten Eindruck. Beim Frühstück waren wir unter den ersten Gästen, trotzdem waren der Boden und mehrere Tische bereits verschmutzt. Das Frühstücksangebot ist stark auf die Hauptkundschaft des Hotels ausgerichtet. Wer ein klassisch europäisches Frühstück erwartet, sollte wissen, dass das Angebot deutlich anders ausfällt. Auch die Atmosphäre im Hotel hat uns überrascht. Das Hotel wird offenbar überwiegend von Gästen aus den Golfstaaten besucht. Das ist selbstverständlich nicht negativ, hätte aus unserer Sicht bei der Buchung jedoch transparenter kommuniziert werden dürfen, da dies das Ambiente des Hotels deutlich prägt.
