Fantastic property!

If you’re looking for a great house for your family to visit beaches, explore the last small beach towns of the 101, book this one! Amazing kitchen, ocean views, comfortable bed rooms. As frequent visitors to the area, we will definitely book again!

Family Reunion in Cardiff

We really enjoyed this property and would definitely stay again. The kitchen is fully appointed with everything needed to feel at home. Spacious rooms, comfortable furnishings and great views! Communication with the property manager was excellent!

This home is terrific. It was better than advertised and our family completely enjoyed our stay. We were there for the month of August and it flew by. The location is convenient to everything but with a large amount of privacy and views. Thanks Laura for a great stay. David

Heaven with an ocean view!

My family and I truly enjoyed every aspect of this home. It was a beautiful, serene environment that had everything we needed to comfortably stay for almost a week. The home was well appointed with everything you could need. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space with the heated pool & hot tub and my 4-year-old was delighted with all the available pool & beach toys. The location was wonderful - it was close to restaurants and the beach, but very quiet and peaceful. I enjoyed every minute of our stay and will definitely be back!

Exceeded Our Expections

This fabulous home was our private resort for a week. Tucked away on a quiet street with stunning views of the sea from many different vantage points. High quality furnishings and a chef's kitchen made us feel right at home. The pool and hot tub were used daily, with plenty of space to lounge, have beverages or barbecue . This location is minutes away from beaches, bike paths, shopping and restaurants. Laura and her staff did such a tremendous job prior to us arriving we didn't need to reach out for anything! My family and I look forward to returning soon.

The property was well described by VRBO website. Most everything worked well except kitchen tv and garage remote. Be careful of the shower controls it is very easy to scold yourself or turn on all cold water, confusing! Pool and hot tub were great but not overly warm. Very private with no noise from the neighborhood. Kinda tricky to find with several turns required, but cell phone mapping worked well. The house is designed for multiple people with lots of room to have your own privacy or group gatherings.

Incredible home and host

We traveled to California for a pre-baby/anniversary/birthday getaway so we decided to splurge on where we stayed for our trip. This is by far the nicest Vrbo we've ever stayed at. We had 2 families all together - 4 adults and 3 kids under 3 years old. The set up of the bedrooms worked perfectly for us to keep our families on separate levels. It was great to have the master and the bunk beds on one floor and the 2 rooms with queen beds on the main level. The host was so accommodating when I talked to her about traveling with little ones and had a pack n play and high chair there for us to use. The home itself is stunning, well furnished and stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook as we ate most of our meals at the property. We paid to have the pool heated and were very glad we did since it was only about 60 degrees the whole time we were there. Everyone loved using the pool and the hot tub since it wasn't great weather to go to the beach most of the days. There were some pools toys for the kids, plenty of towels and outdoor seating/amenities. The house does have multiple levels, which means lots of stairs, so anyone traveling should be mindful of that. It was super close to coffee shops, tons of yummy restaurants and a quick drive to the San Diego zoo. The only other feedback I have is the pricing- I wish more of the costs were just built into the nightly rate. (Ie: charge for heating/Ac, pool, housekeeping, damage insurance, etc) it starts to get hard to compare places/prices when the nightly rate says one thing and then there are multiple "add on's" that aren't really optional. To have more just reflected in the price would feel more transparent. All in all, this place was everything we wanted- beautiful, clean, great location to beach, stores, restaurants, tourist attractions, heated pool/jacuzzi and an incredibly attentive and helpful host. We would definitely return the next time we are in the area.

Simply the Best VRBO I Have Ever Stayed In

The best equipped VRBO I have ever stayed in. The hosts clearly understand a travelers needs. The House felt like a house. I could go on and on about how great the house is. The pool and spa were a great temperature. The neighborhood is quiet and superb for walking 10/10. Laura was very helpful as a host. We're already looking at the calendar.

Beautiful, comfortable home with great outside pool area

We really enjoyed our stay in Cardiff. The home was large and very comfortable. Master bedroom was great with lots of space, very nice bathroom, and impressive walk in closet. The two bedrooms off the kitchen also were very comfortable, both with en suite bathrooms. The upstairs living room was a very nice gathering area for our family! Outside pool area is great with lots of sitting/lounging areas. Location was convenient to downtown Encinitas and only minutes from I5.

Amazing Property!

Stunning home, pool and jacuzzi. Photos ring true, although they added plenty of outdoor seating and umbrellas to make gathering around the pool, jacuzzi and outdoor BBQ area very comfortable. This home is abundantly stocked with everything you’d need; a well-stocked kitchen, lots of pool towels, beach chairs and umbrellas, laundry , and comfy beds. This property worked really well for our group of six adults and two kids. It’s located on a quiet street with full time owners on either side, so would not be good for those who prefer loud late evening activities. The property manager, Laura, is so easy to work with. We’d love to stay here again!

Fantastic vacation property. It’s a multi-level home with gathering spaces on each floor, so plenty of room to spread out with a big group. The heated pool, hot tub and outdoor area were divine. Very well stocked and we also enjoyed the beach gear. Laura was easy to communicate with and responsive. Highly recommend!
