We had an amazing experience at the Pelican. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and clean and parking was simple. We were within walking distance to a grocery store and restaurants. But the best was the patio! We watched the sunset every night. Our host checked in with us consistently and was readily available for questions.

Loved our stay!

Convenient to the beach, meditation gardens, and many other activities, as well as a grocery store. Beautiful views and clean, well kept spaces. Would definitely come back!

Birthday / Mother’s Day weekend in Cardiff!

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation rental! The house was spotless and perfectly maintained, with stunning ocean views that made the experience unforgettable. The location couldn’t be better—close to everything we needed while still feeling private and peaceful. Our host, Sarah, was incredibly helpful and attentive, checking in to ensure everything went smoothly throughout our stay. We truly felt welcomed and cared for, and we can’t wait to come back!

Great Stay

The Pelican was fantastic. Cardiff is a wonderful town and the Pelican is right in the heart of Cardiff, close to everything, cute house, very clean, roomy and a great jumping off point to Encinitas and south. Sarah is an awesome host and extremely friendly. Highly recommend!

Perfect Coastal Vacation

The house is clean and light , well equipped and welcoming. View of the ocean from the porch. Only a few blocks from the town of Cardiff which has great restaurants and a fabulous grocery store. Beaches close by and very convenient to I-5. The property manager is next door and was wonderful , and immediately available to help with any questions or problems. Dishwasher wasn’t working and it was replaced within two days! All in all, it was a lovely experience. Margaret

Short weekend get away

Beautiful sunset views, open space that allowed for lots of great interactions. Yoga space was great for meditation and stretching. Parking was easy. Close to stores and beach
