The flat is tired but the main issue is that the flat beneath spent the whole weekend playing incredibly loud music, shouting, shrieking and banging around - and had a steady stream of males 'visiting' the flat across the weekend at all hours of the day and night - with a solitary female being in the flat. You can make your mind up as to what that flat is used for!My wife and daughter (who were staying there) were scared but plucked up courage to knock on the door and ask them to be quieter. This request was ignored and the music actually got gradually louder until 5.45am on Monday morning when it finally ended. Along with the music the smoking from that flat that was so extreme that they had to move out of their bedrooms as my daughter’s asthma was being triggered – they ended up on the couch in the living room! The response from the host is very telling - here it is:- We appreciate you taking the time to bring this to our attention. We will immediately warn the other guest to stop this activity, which can impact our valuable guests like you. We have received this complaint during your stay, so we managed to give the guest and call and a warning for this kind of behavior. We look forward to hosting you again in the future.Just flannel and points to them owning that flat as well. We will never return to this apartment again and hope that nobody ever has to go through the same frightening experience that my family went through. The whole trip should be refunded
