Room was clean, comfy bed, great linens and towels plus super walk in shower. Rhys had been lovely on the phone making sure we had two adjacent rooms with a fabulous view. Hotel looks a bit tired but fabulous views and terrace - biggest issue is understaffed so breakfast was good and when you can find staff they are very helpful. Dinner service was so slow, not really up to standard as only one waitress trying to cope, but food was good.

Great room and fan was switched on prior to our arrival and window open (no air con)- a great touch. High quality breakfast and staff were friendly and efficient! A great night stay and stayed several times before- good value for money! Will be back again soon!

Lovely hotel in beautiful grounds. We booked this hotel for my son’s graduation and it was ideal for getting into Cardiff with a short uber ride. Very clean and good sized rooms with everything we needed. Breakfast was really good with hot food served from 7am. We sat in the lovely gardens and had a drink in the bar which was so nice as it was so warm. Would definitely return.

The views from the hotel are really lovely and the hotel has a really relaxing feel to it. There are plenty of tables outside where you can sit and enjoy the magnificent view on sunny days. We absolutely loved our two night stay here and have booked to go back there again in July for a three night stay.

Booked at short notice, the staff were very accommodating and the hotel easy to be in with a family. The rooms were lovely. The view from the property is stunning, we will definitely return. The only downside was the lack of gluten free options available from the bar menu. That is something that perhaps we could have mitigated had we not booked at short notice. The breakfast had all gluten free options available and was great. Strongly recommend a stay here.
