“Our overall stay was good! Plan to hike around a bit to the pools depending on where you’re staying certainly got our steps in:) rides are available in the golf carts with friendly helpful drivers! When busy the main pool gets quite crewed and not enough lounge chairs so get there early! Food was decent maybe a little over priced but to be expected at a resort! Only downfall is… when booking they said there was pickelball courts that you can play on but….. they didn’t tell you at check in or……

“我在這裡居住了10晚，中間去了一趟大峽谷，從大峽谷回來後又住了兩晚。
前9晚住的十分舒適，也很開心地使用房內的廚房設備，以及飯店的泳池、健身房。
然而，在最後一晚，由於飯店內施工，導致晚上十一點至隔天凌晨五點停水，完全沒有水可用。服務人員很貼心的送上幾瓶礦泉水應急。這對我來說十分困擾，因為我非常注重睡前先洗澡，但卻意外遇上這場停水，只好硬著頭皮先睡，隔天再起床洗澡。雖然業者已經很有誠意的處理這個問題，但我認為應該要提前公告，寄個email或貼個紙條在門口也好，而不是等到我發現沒水了，打去櫃檯問才知道停水。
在離開Scottsdale前遇到這種事，對於整體的住宿體驗大大扣分。但或許只是我運氣不好遇到吧？下次若要到訪此地，會再審慎考慮是否要住這間。”
