“The room was very spacious. We brought our two small dogs and there was enough space for us to set up a playpen for them to stay in while we were out of our room. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The only minor issue was our toilet seat was broken but still useable. If you are traveling with dogs, there's not much in terms of grassy areas nearby. The front desk staff were so kind to our dogs and offered them treats, which was super cute and special. We would love to visit again……

“Lots of choices for breakfast and was brought to your room. Received a free upgrade which was a nice surprise”

“员工服务非常周到！”

“Good location”

“Na”

“The receptionist with long hair doesn't smile, when the door opens. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience”

“Eclectic and very clean. Convenient location. Walkable area. I experienced an extremely noisy upstairs/above me occupant. Dragging furniture, dropping things, and loud footfall. More carpeting???”

“很方便，工作人員很nice”

“Everything about our stay was accommodating. The staff were very helpful and it was exactly as expected. There was a stain on the sheets, but they were obviously clean. There was bed bug covers in the bed which gave me peace of mind. The breakfast buffet was clean and fully stocked at all times. I would definitely stay here again.”

“立地が最高です。 OTRに位置していてマーケットやブリュワリーRhinegeistにも歩いて行けるところ。 駐車場もわかりやすくて止めやすい。スタッフもとても親切。 無料の路面電車Connectorの停留所もすぐ近くなので街の中心エリアにもすぐ行けます。 おすすめです。”

“A proper and functioning heater was not working in the room.”

“Great stay, the only thing I would say is I was in the back corner by a stairwell and it was pretty noisy. I could also hear the people above me in the morning. The rooms are really big and spacious and beds are comfy! Hotel is in a perfect location in OTR. staff was great! They brought me a mini fridge when I asked. I would stay here again, but pick a room away from a door/stairwell!”
