「Such a wonderful and quaint place. Sinead and Shane are SO friendly and helpful in so many ways. If I ever come back to Bunratty I will no doubt stay here again! The room was clean, beds were amazingly comfortable after a long trip. You wont be disappointed!」

「Free parking in front of the hotel and no issues finding a spot. Large rooms but it has seen better days and could use a refresh. Location is about 10 to 15 mins drive into the main town of Ennis and hotel is beside a golf course, not affiliated with the hotel. Stayed only for 1 night and it was fine.」

「The whole hotel was very rundown and sad. It smelled like stale bar smoke. The room had hair on the bed along with worn out and sandpaper rough linens. The shower door was hanging off its track. There was mold in the corners and the carpet stunk. It felt like a you hostel more than a hotel. 」

「Frühstücksbuffet war ganz ok, das Zimmer passabel - hatten ein Zimmer neben dem Aufzug und im Hotel fand eine Festlichkeit statt, sodass die höhere Frequentierung bei Nacht die Geräusche der Aufzugsanlage einem in den Schlaf summte. Uns hat es leider nicht gefallen. 」

「My family stayed here for 2 nights in April 2026 and enjoyed the stay immensely. The staff was super-friendly, the food was great, and the countryside location was relaxing yet convenient to Shannon. I would certainly plan on staying here again if I find myself back in the area. 「Our room was very spacious and the bathroom modern. The village does not have a lot to see but has a few eating options, Keough's next door was a very good option for dinner. 」

「Our family had a comfortable stay for 1 night. Enjoyed the breakfast as well in the morning. The gentleman at the reception was super nice and helped us with dinner recommendations as well. Only item that could be better is the WiFi, which was very spotty and extremely slow!」
