"There is no front desk/reception. This wasn't a problem, but you'll need to call or WhatsApp in advance to get the key code for your room entry. No big deal. Good location, good sized room, strong air conditioning. Very little soundproofing between rooms, so you'll be reliant on the other guests being polite and respectful. Low water pressure. Overall not perfect but fine for the price!"

"My 3y/o daughter and I had an amazing time at The Royal. I opted for the Imperial Club. The staff was kind, attentive to detail, professional and courteous. None of my needs were left undone. The shuttle drivers are kind and courteous. It would be nice if there were designated open smoking areas away from the popular common pathways since this is a kid friendly hotel."
