“Check in was simple. Received and email the day before trip with check in instructions and directions. The property was well maintained. Enjoyed having the swimming pool and private access to the beach. This side of Grace Bay has less crowds than the east side. If you like being away from all the crowds and having a semi private section of beach, this is the place to stay.”

“I was so surprised to see how beautiful this house is inside — absolutely gorgeous! Even the taxi driver was shocked when he saw it. Although I only rented one room, I had full use of the entire house upstairs and downstairs, and I was the only guest during my stay. It felt like home, and if I had brought family with me, it would have been one happy household. The host and her aunt are incredibly kind, respectful, and welcoming. They went above and beyond — the host even drove me to the airport……

“I stayed at this property from 3/23/23 to 3/28/23 when i was on my way to rhe property i called owner to meet us whoever answered was very rude and not customer service friendly then i was given a number for house manager who saved the day Mr. Anderson was the best great customer service he immediately came to meet me i was so angry and tired but Mr. Anderson made me smile. “Home away from home. Very relaxing and quiet. Shawn is extremely hospitable and his team made our stay very comfortable. He went out of his way to accommodate our needs as well, in the facility which was as pictured. Another highlight was the spa services offered - 10 out of 10! Definitely a great place to unwind and escape the city. Zabriko was a great restaurant recommendation for dinner, a mere 10 mins away thanks to a courtesy ride service by the villa!
