「The hotel did not have a record of our reservation. The room was not clean nor made up. The security personnel did their best to meet our needs. Next morning the manager came knocking on our door claiming we did not have a reservation but luckily I had receipts having booked and prepaid via Expedia months in advance. 「Absolutely amazing stay! From Reservations to check in, Karen and Nigel were warm, efficient and helpful. The views are amazing, the terrace was a lovely spot for coffee, re-charging and a glass of wine in the evening. The space is airy and bright and the location between White and Great Bay can’t be beat. Very easy to walk down to the ferry or Great Bay. We walked to White Bay quite often-it is definitely more challenging but we appreciated the opportunity to not have to work out while on...

「Outdoor pools is heated 👍just need to ask staff to turn it on. Takes about 2 hours for full heat. Wonderful swim in the evening. Sauna was down during this visit but is also a nice touch to the property!」
